Job summary

LUX Infusion, a clinician-led infusion care company, seeks a Territory Account Executive to expand access to infusion therapy with ownership, purpose, and relationship-driven growth.

This field-based role covers the San Francisco/San Jose, CA area with up to 40% travel. You will own territory strategy, develop referral partnerships with physicians and care teams, and educate providers on LUX Infusion’s services, including IG home-based and suite-based care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of healthcare or medical sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in B2B sales with a consultative approach.
• Ability to build long-term provider partnerships and networks.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a territory strategy targeting prescribers, infusion centers, clinics, and hospital systems.
• Develop referral partnerships with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Educate providers on LUX Infusion's services, including IG home-based and suite-based care.
• Communicate the support model, including insurance reimbursement and patient onboarding.
• Collaborate with clinical, intake, and operations teams to support complex cases.
• Manage pipeline activity and referral growth with CRM tools toward quota attainment.
