Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct warehouse operations, supervise specialists, and support the Receiving Supervisor in freight scheduling. You will oversee safety, training, and daily workflow to ensure cost-efficient shipping and receiving at the store level.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse/distribution.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic math and Windows-based software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to support ship/receive goals.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping and receiving.
• Oversee safety programs and training to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve efficiency.
• Resolve discrepancies in shipping, invoices, and reports.
