Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct store warehouse operations, supervise warehouse staff, and support daily freight scheduling to meet customer and inventory needs.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Emphasis on safety, accuracy, and cross-department collaboration to maintain efficient distribution processes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
• Ability to coordinate with other departments and manage deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Proficiency with basic math and Windows-based systems

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel daily to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving
• Direct day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Oversee storage, staging, and audit processes for inventory
• Maintain warehouse safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance
• Train associates and enforce standard operating procedures
• Resolve discrepancies in shipping, receiving, and data reports
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline warehouse workflows
• Prepare activity reports for management
• Support maintenance of equipment and safe working conditions
