Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct store warehouse operations, supervise specialists and forklift operators, and support the Receiving Supervisor with daily freight scheduling based on customer and inventory needs.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with Windows-based systems.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience (warehouse/ DC preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to foster effective cross-department relationships.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient with Windows-based systems and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping/receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities (shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory).
• Manage Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and safety programs per OSHA and company policy.
• Ensure safe, efficient equipment usage and productive warehouse environment.
• Enforce SOP adherence and handle staff inquiries and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline warehouse operations.
• Prepare activity reports for management and ensure timely data entry.
