Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations, schedule staff, and ensure efficient shipping and receiving.

The role includes maintaining safety standards, training associates, and coordinating with other departments to meet inventory and freight needs. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage documentation and audits while maintaining a productive team

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for team leadership.
• Strong math and calculation abilities for inventory and shipping accuracy.
• Proficient with Windows-based computer systems and basic warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Maintain safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Train staff and enforce standard operating procedures; manage disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse efficiency and data entry.
