Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct and oversee the warehouse operations for our retail stores. You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, and support the Receiving Supervisor with daily freight scheduling based on customer and inventory needs.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience required (warehouse or DC preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work in Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel daily to ensure proper staffing for shipping/receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities (shipping, receiving, inventory, maintenance).
• Oversee storage and handling of products; coordinate Storage Buy-related tasks.
• Maintain warehouse safety programs and train associates on SOPs.
• Handle disciplinary actions and maintain productive labor climate in the warehouse.
• Coordinate with other departments to support efficient operations and generate activity reports.
