Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations for a retail store network.

You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators, supporting the Receiving Supervisor to manage freight schedules according to customer and inventory needs. The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong communication, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Effective oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong computer skills, including Windows-based systems and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities: shipping, receiving, inventory control, maintenance.
• Manage Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging; coordinate with other departments.
• Oversee safety programs and ensure equipment is safe and well-maintained.
• Train associates and enforce standard operating procedures; manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Prepare activity reports and ensure timely data entry from Receiving to Inventory Control.
