Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse settings, strong communication, and the ability to work with multiple departments while maintaining safety and efficiency. This role requires extended hours during peak seasons and a focus on cost-effective, productive

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
• Ability to collaborate with other departments
• Strong oral and written communication abilities
• Competent in basic math calculations
• Proficient with Windows-based computer systems
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Willing to work extended hours during peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily warehouse operations for a store network
• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping/receiving
• Oversee warehouse safety programs and equipment maintenance
• Ensure accurate storage, inventory control, and staging
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes
• initiate and monitor activity reports and performance metrics
• Address shipping, receiving, and invoice discrepancies
• Maintain safe, efficient operation and provide training as needed
