Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct day-to-day warehouse operations, supervise specialists, and oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

You will manage scheduling, safety programs, and cross-department coordination to ensure efficient, compliant distribution within a busy retail environment. The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong communication, and the ability to work in Windows-based systems.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience required (preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment).
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments in the company.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the warehouse to ship and receive products efficiently.
• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper coverage and productivity.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, maintenance, and inventory control within the warehouse.
• Maintain warehouse safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient warehouse operations.
• Complete necessary activity reports for management and monitor paperwork flow.
• Resolve discrepancies with shipping documents, invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports.
• Lead disciplinary processes and foster a productive labor climate in the warehouse.
