Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our Miami-area site. You will guide drivers, associates, and 1099 contractors, run open/close procedures, and ensure on-time package delivery while upholding safety and standards.

As frontline leader, you’ll allocate labor, monitor performance with our WMS, coach teams, and partner with the Warehouse Manager to execute the daily plan and deliver an outstanding resident experience every day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in warehouse/logistics/operations; supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Comfort with mobile tech to manage workflow and track performance; learn Fetch WMS quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to direct a team clearly and professionally.
• Ability to make sound operational decisions independently during a shift.
• Reliable, flexible, and available to work fixed schedule; may include holidays.
• Must lift 50+ pounds and remain on your feet for shift duration.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record/criminal background checks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Execute opening/closing procedures; oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections; lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings; communicate goals and assign duties.
• Allocate labor across areas based on volume and priorities.
• Assess associate and driver performance; provide timely feedback and coaching; ride-alongs with manager.
• Train associates on SOPs and verify ongoing SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with independent contractors on onboarding, dispatching, and scheduling.
• Use Fetch WMS and reports to monitor workflow, inventory, and KPIs; complete documentation on time.
• Manage access control and sign-in/out; report lost devices to Warehouse Manager.
• Resolve customer experience tickets daily; escalate unresolved issues as needed.
• Model safety culture and address hazards; ensure injuries are reported; coach on safe practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and site-specific equipment.
• Serve as on-site contact for residents, vendors, and third parties; de-escalate concerns per SOPs.
• Identify and elevate operational barriers; support continuous improvement and cover for Warehouse Manager.
