Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day site operations, supervise drivers, associates, and 1099 contractors, and ensure timely, accurate package delivery. You will partner with the Warehouse Manager, model safety, and uphold Fetch standards while coaching the team to excel in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a flexible, hands-on leadership style, willingness to work with the team on the floor, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding resident experience daily.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, delivery, or operations environment.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Comfortable using technology platforms and mobile applications to manage workflow.

Responsibilities

• Execute building open and close procedures and oversee daily warehouse operations.
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings and communicate daily goals across drivers, associates, and contractors.
• Allocate labor across operational areas based on volume and priorities.
• Assess performance and provide timely feedback; support development through coaching and ride-alongs.
• Train associates on standard operating procedures and verify SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with independent contractors, onboarding, dispatching, and schedule management.
• Monitor workflow using WMS and report KPIs such as SLA attainment and inventory accuracy.
