Job summary

Fetch Package is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day site operations and act as a frontline leader for drivers, associates, and 1099 contractors. You will oversee receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch, and work closely with the Warehouse Manager to execute daily plans and uphold Fetch standards.

The role emphasizes clear communication, hands-on leadership, safety, and delivering an outstanding resident experience, with a fixed weekly full-time schedule at our Miami facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in warehouse/logistics with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and stay on your feet.
• Must have valid driver’s license and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Execute building open/close procedures and oversee daily warehouse operations such as receiving, sorting, staging and dispatch.
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings; communicate daily goals and assign duties to drivers, associates and contractors.
• Allocate labor across areas based on volume and priorities.
• Provide timely feedback to associates and drivers; support coaching and development.
• Train staff on Fetch SOPs and enforce compliance across operation.
• Coordinate with independent contractors, onboarding, dispatching and schedule management.
