Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the day-to-day site operations, directing drivers, associates, and 1099 contractors. You will supervise inbound/outbound workflows, enforce safety standards, and ensure on-time package delivery to residents while upholding the Fetch service standard.

You will partner with the Warehouse Manager, coach staff, monitor performance via the Fetch WMS, and help drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in warehouse/logistics with supervisory or team lead experience.
• Proficient with WMS and mobile platforms to track performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for long periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch.
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift team meetings; set daily goals and assign duties.
• Allocate labor across areas based on volume and priorities.
• Inspect equipment and enforce safety standards on the floor.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for residents, vendors, and contractors.
• Monitor performance via WMS and report KPIs; complete shift reports.
