Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at the site, acting as a frontline leader for drivers, associates, and 1099 contractors. The role is an hourly leadership position focused on maintaining flow, directing workload, and upholding Fetch standards while partnering with the Warehouse Manager.

The ideal candidate will supervise on-site operations, demonstrate clear communication, and be committed to delivering an outstanding resident experience every day.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, delivery, or operations environments is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to direct a team clearly and professionally.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and stay on your feet for a shift.

Responsibilities

• Execute opening/closing procedures and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch.
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings; communicate goals and assign duties across drivers, associates, and contractors.
• Allocate labor based on volume and priorities; monitor performance and provide feedback to the Warehouse Manager.
