Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations and lead drivers, associates, and independent contractors. You will manage open/close procedures, allocate labor, direct workflow, and ensure every package reaches the right resident on time, while upholding the Fetch standard.

You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Manager, model safety and accountability, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, hospitality‑minded environment that focuses on

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, delivery, or operations environment; supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to direct a team clearly and professionally.
• Comfortable using technology platforms to manage workflow and track performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch to ensure on-time execution.
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings; communicate daily goals and assign duties across drivers, associates, and contractors.
• Allocate labor across areas based on volume and priorities; manage safety, security, and SOP compliance.
