Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our site, guiding drivers, associates, and contractors. This hourly role balances oversight with hands-on teamwork to meet daily plan and Fetch standards.

You will optimize labor, coach staff, review safety, and coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to deliver a seamless resident experience and maintain secure, efficient warehouse flow.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse/logistics/operations environment with supervisory exposure.
• Ability to manage labor allocation and daily workload in fast-paced settings.
• Comfort with technology platforms to monitor workflow and performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication to direct teams clearly.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and stay on feet during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute open/close procedures and oversee daily warehouse operations for timely execution.
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings; reinforce safety and performance goals.
• Allocate labor across areas based on volume and priorities.
• Provide feedback on performance; escalate issues to Warehouse Manager as needed.
• Coach associates on SOPs and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Coordinate with independent contractors and onboarding/dispatch tasks.
• Use WMS and reporting tools to monitor workflow and KPIs.
• Manage access control and report lost/missing devices promptly.
• Resolve customer experience tickets daily and escalate when needed.
• Foster safety culture and address hazards; ensure injuries are reported.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and site equipment readiness.
• Serve as on-site contact for residents/vendors; de-escalate situations.
• Identify barriers and participate in continuous improvement discussions.
