Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the day-to-day site operations and serve as a frontline leader for drivers, associates, and independent contractors. You will allocate labor, direct workflows, reinforce standards, and ensure every package reaches residents on time.

The role requires hands-on leadership, collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and resident experience across a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a warehouse, logistics, delivery, or operations environment.
• Comfortable using technology platforms and mobile apps to manage workflow.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to direct a team clearly and professionally.
• Ability to make sound operational decisions independently during a shift.
• Reliable and flexible, willing to work fixed front half or back half shifts, including holidays.
• Must lift 50+ pounds and remain on your feet for a shift.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and pass Fetch's screening and background checks.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute opening/closing procedures and supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch.
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings, review performance, assign duties, and communicate daily goals.
• Allocate labor across areas based on volume and priorities.
• Assess performance and provide timely feedback; support coaching and development.
• Train associates on SOPs and ensure ongoing compliance across operations.
• Coordinate relationships with independent contractors with onboarding and dispatching.
