Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at the Jacksonville site. You will manage drivers, associates, and 1099 contractors, allocating labor, directing workflow, and enforcing standards to ensure accurate and timely package delivery.

You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager, model safety, train staff on Fetch SOPs, and help maintain inventory accuracy and operational performance across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in warehouse, logistics, delivery, or operations; supervisory or team lead preferred.
• Comfortable using technology platforms to manage workflow and track performance; Fetch WMS experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; clear team direction.
• Ability to make sound operational decisions independently during shifts.
• Reliable and flexible for fixed front/back half schedules, including holidays.
• Must lift 50+ pounds and stay on feet during shifts.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR/background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch to ensure on-time execution.
• Lead labor allocation and supervise drivers, associates, and contractors.
• Conduct pre-shift and mid-shift meetings, set daily goals, and review performance metrics.
• Provide coaching and feedback, and assist with ride-alongs and evaluations.
• Train associates on SOPs and ensure ongoing SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager and independent contractors on onboarding and dispatching.
• Monitor workflow via Fetch WMS, track inventory accuracy, and document shifts and incidents.
• Maintain security and safety, de-escalate resident or vendor issues, and ensure a clean work environment.
