Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our site and serve as a frontline leader for drivers, associates, and contractors. You will help execute the daily plan with the Warehouse Manager, maintain safety standards, and ensure on-time package delivery to residents.

You will oversee open/close procedures, labor allocation, and performance feedback while modeling our commitment to an outstanding resident experience and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a warehouse, logistics, or operations environment.
• Proven ability to lead a frontline team and communicate clearly.
• Commitment to safety and process adherence.

Responsibilities

• Execute opening/closing procedures and conduct daily safety and security checks.
• Lead pre-shift/mid-shift meetings; set goals and assign duties to drivers and associates.
• Allocate labor across zones based on volume and priorities; monitor KPIs.
• Provide timely feedback to associates; coach and document performance as needed.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and safety standards are maintained across the shift.
