Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our site and serve as a frontline leader for drivers, associates, and 1099 contractors. You’ll work with the Warehouse Manager to execute the daily plan and uphold the Fetch standard while delivering an outstanding resident experience.

Responsibilities include labor allocation, ensuring security and safety, coordinating with the Warehouse Manager, and maintaining accurate shift reports and incident records.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations; supervisory or team lead preferred.
• Comfortable using technology platforms to manage workflow and track performance, including mobile apps.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to direct a team clearly.

Responsibilities

• Execute opening/closing procedures and oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, sorting, staging, dispatch).
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings; communicate goals and assign duties.
• Allocate labor across areas based on volume and priorities.
• Provide feedback on performance; assist in coaching and development.
• Train associates on SOPs and ensure compliance across operations.
• Coordinate with independent contractors for onboarding and dispatching.
• Monitor workflow with Fetch WMS and report KPIs like SLA attainment.
