Job summary

DoorDash DashMart, a local-fulfillment center, is seeking a strong leader to manage a warehouse and its operations team. You will oversee 5–15k sq ft facilities, schedule labor, and ensure safe, efficient processes that meet customer expectations.

You will drive performance with data, own day-to-day operations, and partner with central teams to support inventory, training, and quality metrics. A college degree or relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ of team leadership experience in high volume operations with a track record of developing people and delivering results.
• You have managed high-performance teams of 10+ employees.
• You act like an owner and support a 24/7 business across multiple shifts.
• You solve problems from first principles and are comfortable with ambiguity.
• You’re data-driven and proficient with data tools like Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates; build a strong culture and drive employee satisfaction.
• Own the day-to-day operations of one DashMart warehouse, including labor scheduling and budget management; meet site-level metrics.
• Delight customers by ensuring order accuracy and fast fulfillment; work with inventory and training teams to provide tools for success.
• Strategize using data to identify pain points and implement process improvements to warehouse operations and employee experience.
