Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a hands-on site leader to manage a 5-15k sq ft distribution center and lead the local warehouse operations team. You will recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing group of Shift Leads and Operations Associates, drive safety, productivity, and quality, and own site-level metrics.

You will use data to identify inefficiencies, design improvements, and implement processes that improve customer experience, fulfillment speed, and employee satisfaction, across 24/7

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ team leadership in high-volume operations (retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfilment, logistics or operations).
• Proven track record of developing people and delivering results.
• Manages high-performance teams of 10+ employees.
• Owns site operations with 24/7 shifts and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and recruit Shift Leads and Operations Associates, setting the team up for safety and productivity.
• Own day-to-day warehouse operations and labor budget; ensure site-level metrics are met.
• Maintain key quality metrics: order accuracy and fulfillment speed; work with cross-functional teams.
• Identify pain-points via data and design/execute process improvements.
