DoorDash’s DashMart is hiring to lead a 5-15k sq ft distribution center and the local warehouse team, ensuring high quality for customers.

As Site Leader, you will recruit and coach a team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates, own day-to-day operations, manage labor budget, and drive site-wide metrics while maintaining safety and efficiency. You will use data to optimize processes, improve customer experience, and collaborate cross-functionally across central teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ of team leadership experience in high volume operations with a track record of developing people and delivering results.
• Proven leader managing high‑performance teams of 10+ employees.
• Ownership mindset for 24/7 operations across multiple shifts.
• Ability to solve problems from first principles in ambiguous environments.
• Data-driven, experienced with Excel/Sheets for analysis and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing warehouse team (Shift Leads + Operations Associates) and build a positive culture.
• Own day‑to‑day warehouse operations and labor budgeting; ensure safety and efficiency.
• Delight customers by maintaining order accuracy, speed, and quality metrics; cross‑functional collaboration.
• Identify process improvements using data and implement projects to enhance operations and employee experience.
