Job summary

DoorDash USA is seeking a warehouse operations leader to manage a 5-15k sq ft distribution center and the local warehouse operating team. You’ll own day-to-day operations, scheduling, labor budget, and site-level metrics while building a strong culture and delivering top-notch service.

You’ll lead 3+ Shift Leads and 6+ Operations Associates, work to improve quality metrics like order accuracy and fulfillment speed, and use data to drive process improvements in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leadership in high-volume operations with a track record of developing people.
• Managed high-performance teams of 10+ employees.
• Ownership mindset for a 24/7 business across multiple shifts.
• Problem solving from first principles and willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Enjoys ambiguity and thrives in fast-changing startup environments.
• Analytical with data-driven approach using Excel or Google Sheets.
• College degree or relevant professional work experience.
• Flexible schedule including late nights and weekends.
