Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a site leader for a DashMart warehouse in Atlanta to manage a fast-paced distribution center. You will recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team, own daily operations, schedule labor, and drive site metrics while delivering exceptional order accuracy and speed.

You will leverage data to identify bottlenecks and design process improvements, partnering with central squads to provide tools and training for your team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leadership in high-volume operations.
• College degree or relevant experience.
• Flexibility to support 24/7, multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Shift Lead team (3+), and Operations Associates (6+).
• Own day-to-day warehouse operations and labor budget.
• Ensure site metrics: quality, accuracy, fulfillment speed.
• Identify process improvements using data to drive efficiency.
