Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a capable site leader to manage a 5–15k sq ft distribution center, oversee the local warehouse team, and safeguard high quality for customers. You will recruit, coach, and retain a strong team across shifts, own day-to-day operations, and drive site metrics through data-driven improvements.

You’ll lead labor budgeting, scheduling, and cross‑functional collaboration with inventory and training teams to elevate customer experience, speed, and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leadership in high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to manage 10+ employees.
• Own scheduling and labor budgeting.
• Data-driven problem solving with basic analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, coach and retain a high-performing shifts team (3+ Leads, 6+ Associates).
• Own day-to-day warehouse operations, including scheduling and labor budget management.
• Ensure site metrics: order accuracy, fulfillment speed, quality; partner with inventory/training teams.
• Identify inefficiencies using data and drive process improvements.
• Maintain a strong, safe, productive culture with 24/7 coverage across shifts.
