DoorDash is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a DashMart site, overseeing a 5-15k sq ft distribution center and the local operations team to ensure safety, quality, and on-time fulfillment.

You’ll use data to identify pain points, design process improvements, and manage scheduling and labor budgets while partnering with inventory and training teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience across a fast-growing, 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leadership in high-volume operations with measurable results.
• Experience managing teams of 10+ employees and building positive culture.
• Ownership mindset; capable of 24/7 operations across multiple shifts.
• Ability to solve problems from first principles and use data to drive decisions.
• Willingness to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Shift Leads and Operations Associates; foster safety and productivity.
• Own day-to-day operations of a DashMart warehouse; manage scheduling and labor budget.
• Maintain site-level metrics like order accuracy and fulfillment speed.
• Design and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
