Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Warehouse Operations Leader for its DashMart distribution center in Atlanta. You will recruit, coach and retain a high-performing team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates, and own the day-to-day operations including scheduling and labor budgeting.

You’ll drive safety, efficiency, and quality across order fulfillment. You will use data to identify pain points, lead process improvements, and collaborate with central teams to meet site metrics and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ team leadership in high volume operations
• Led high-performance teams of 10+ employees
• Ownership mentality across 24/7 operations, including late-night/weekend shifts
• Comfort with ambiguity and startup pace
• Data-driven with Excel/Sheets for analysis
• College degree or relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Shift Lead and Operations team, building a strong culture and achieving high employee satisfaction
• Own day-to-day warehouse operations, including scheduling and labor budgeting
• Ensure order accuracy and fast fulfillment; collaborate with inventory and training teams
• Identify bottlenecks from data and design process improvements
