Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a hands-on site leader to manage a 5–15k sq ft distribution center, the local warehouse operating team, and ensure we maintain high quality for our customers.

You’ll recruit, coach and retain a high-performing team of Shift Leads (3+) and Operations Associates (6+). Own day-to-day operations, scheduling, and labor budgets, and drive site-level metric goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leadership in high-volume operations.
• Experience leading 10+ employees and driving results.
• College degree or relevant work experience.
• Ability to work across shifts and late hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Shift Leads and Operations Associates.
• Own day-to-day operations of one DashMart warehouse.
• Manage scheduling and labor budget; meet site metrics.
• Improve processes using data; collaborate with central teams.
• Ensure high quality and fast fulfillment for customers.
