Job summary

DoorDash's DashMart is seeking a seasoned site leader to run a 5-15k sq ft distribution center, while leading the local warehouse operations team to uphold high-quality customer experiences. You will recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates, shaping a strong, results-oriented culture.

You will own day-to-day operations, manage labor budgets, hit site metrics, and drive continuous improvements using data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ of team leadership experience in high volume operations.
• Led high-performance teams of 10+ employees.
• Owns 24/7 site operations and schedules.
• Solves problems from first principles; data-driven.
• Thrives in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a shift-led operations team (3+ leads, 6+ associates).
• Own day-to-day warehouse operations, including scheduling and labor budgets.
• Delight customers by ensuring accuracy and fast fulfillment.
• Identify process improvements using data and implement changes.
