DoorDash DashMart is seeking a hands-on site leader to run a local warehouse, lead a 3+ Shift Leads and 6+ Operations Associates team, and own scheduling and labor budgets. You will drive daily operations, maintain safety and quality, and relentlessly improve processes using data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ of team leadership experience in high volume operations (retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfilment, logistics or operations)
• Proven leader with experience managing high‑performance teams of 10+ employees
• Owner mindset; able to support a 24/7 business across multiple shifts
• Analytical approach; able to use data to solve problems; proficient with Excel/Sheets
• College degree or relevant professional work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing Shift Leads (3+) and Operations Associates (6+) and build a positive culture.
• Own the day‑to‑day operations of one DashMart warehouse, including scheduling and labor budgeting.
• Ensure site meets metric goals and maintains high quality for customers.
• Delight customers by maintaining order accuracy and fast fulfillment; collaborate with inventory/training teams.
• Identify process improvements using data and implement projects to boost efficiency and employee experience.
