Job summary

NFI Industries in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk to ensure shipping documents are completed accurately and on time. You will work with the Operations Supervisor or Manager and coordinate outbound shipments, carrier communications, and data entry in the warehouse management system.

Responsibilities include opening/closing shipments, preparing bills of lading, maintaining logs, and supporting material handling tasks as needed by the leadership team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS preferred.
• Office software proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle changing priorities under pressure.
• Ability to stand/walk up to 10-12 hours and lift 50–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with outbound carriers daily to provide shipment schedules and equipment needs.
• Open/close shipments in the warehouse management system and prepare bills of lading.
• Ensure drivers depart with the correct paperwork and preserve document accuracy.
• Enter and maintain shipping data in the WMS and related records.
• Assist with receiving, put-away, picking, packing, or loading as needed.
• Monitor trailer capacity and coordinate with spotters on moves.
• Support leadership with other administrative duties as required.
