Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk to ensure accurate, timely shipping documentation and smooth outbound logistics. The role reports to the Operations Supervisor or Manager and works with drivers and site staff to coordinate shipments.

The candidate should have warehouse experience, proficiency with a Manhattan WMS, and strong data entry skills to maintain records and prepare bills of lading. Flexibility for extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management System preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle changing priorities and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Communicates via email with outbound carriers daily, providing schedules for outbound shipments and equipment needs.
• Coordinates with site personnel to ensure operations meet requirements.
• Receive all drivers and direct outbound shipments.
• Use the warehouse management system to open/close shipments and prepare bills of lading.
• Ensure drivers depart with the correct paperwork and accurate shipping documents.
