Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk to ensure accurate and timely completion of shipping documents and to support outbound freight operations. The role requires coordinating with carriers, site personnel, and drivers, while maintaining records in the warehouse management system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify outbound shipping documents and bills of lading.
• Coordinate with outbound carriers and site personnel for schedules and requirements.
• Receive drivers and direct outbound shipments.
• Enter data into the warehouse management system and generate daily inventory reports.
• Maintain accuracy of shipping documents and logs per SOPs.
• Assist with material handling duties (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, loading).
• Monitor trailer capacity and coordinate with spotters on moves.
• Complete other administrative tasks as needed by leadership.
• Stand/walk up to 10-12 hours and lift 50–100 pounds as required.
