Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk to ensure shipping documents are completed accurately and timely. You will work with the Warehouse Management System to open/close shipments, prepare bills of lading, and coordinate with drivers and carriers. This role requires strong data entry, attention to detail, and the ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management System preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle changing priorities and work under stress.

Responsibilities

Communicates via email with outbound carriers daily, providing schedules for outbound shipments and equipment needs.
Receives drivers and provides direction for outbound shipments.
Uses the warehouse management system to open/close shipments and prepare bills of lading.
Ensures drivers depart with accurate paperwork.
Maintains all shipping documents and data in the system.
Assists with other administrative duties as needed by the leadership team.
