Job summary

NFI Industries in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk to ensure shipping documents are completed accurately and on time. This role reports to the Operations Supervisor or Manager and supports outbound logistics.

You will coordinate with carriers, manage the warehouse management system for shipments, prepare bills of lading, and safeguard paperwork so drivers depart with correct documents. The position also covers receiving and other material-handling tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under stress.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with outbound carriers daily to schedule shipments.
• Prepares accurate bills of lading for outbound freight.
• Maintains shipping documentation accuracy per SOP.
• Enter and maintain shipping data in the warehouse management system.
• Assist with receiving, put-away, picking, packing, or loading.
• Monitor trailer capacity and coordinate with spotters.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.
