Job summary

Arvato is a leading 3PL provider delivering logistics excellence across multiple industries. The Operations Supervisor will manage labor, equipment, and processes to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment, while leading shifts, training staff, and enforcing safety and quality standards.

You will oversee receiving, storage, and distribution, coordinate with suppliers, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvements within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of picking, packing, and shipping tasks.
• SAP or equivalent WMS experience.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to follow instructions, processes, and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with inventory research.
• Team-oriented.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train new department staff.
• Supervise and coordinate floor activities.
• Receive and transfer materials.
• Monitor KPIs and supervise labor.
• Document and ensure procedures and quality processes.
• Maintain supplies and equipment levels.
• Adhere to shipping requirements.
• Maintain timekeeping and WMS reporting.
• Support new customer integration and testing.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Understand traffic coordination.
• Drive process improvements and safety compliance.
