Job summary

Arvato, a leading global 3PL provider, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage labor and equipment, ensuring timely and quality order fulfillment. You will plan, organize, and monitor receiving, storage, and distribution, train staff, and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to safety standards, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of picking, packing, and shipping tasks.
• SAP or equivalent WMS systems experience.
• 3-5 years of Supervisory experience or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping data center hardware (servers, switches, cables, racks).
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, including forklift operators.
• Schedule shifts and manage labor resources to meet operational demands, including peaks.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS, including product serialization; conduct cycle counts and full audits.
