This role emphasizes training, KPI performance, safety, and continuous process improvements. Strong leadership and communication are essential, with experience in SAP or WMS and high-volume environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of picking, packing and shipping tasks.
• SAP or equivalent WMS systems experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train new employees for the department.
• Supervise and coordinate floor activities and staff.
• Receive and transfer materials efficiently.
• Manage KPI-driven performance for all employees.
• Document and ensure procedures and quality processes are followed.
• Maintain supplies and equipment levels for the department.
• Adhere to safety, 5S and customer shipping requirements.
• Support process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
