Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider. The Operations Supervisor will manage labor and equipment in the warehouse, plan and monitor receiving, storage, and distribution, and ensure timely, quality order fulfillment. You will train staff, oversee shifts, and drive process improvements while complying with safety standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to SAP/WMS processes, and collaboration with teams to meet customer requirements and operational KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train new department employees.
• Supervise and coordinate floor activities and staff.
• Receive and transfer materials, manage labor resources.
• Monitor KPIs and performance of staff.
• Document and ensure procedures and quality processes.
• Maintain supplies and equipment levels.
• Adhere to customer and vendor shipping requirements.
• Update timekeeping and metrics in WMS systems.
• Ensure end-of-shift closeout procedures are followed.
• Support new customer integration and testing.
• Load and unload trucks; understand traffic coordination.
• Contribute to process improvements and safety programs.
• Follow 5S guidelines and company safety rules.
