The role emphasizes training and supervising shifts, coordinating receiving, storage, and shipping, and driving continuous improvements with attention to KPIs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Experience with picking, packing, and shipping tasks.
• SAP or WMS experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train new department staff.
• Supervise floor activities and coordinate tasks.
• Receive and transfer materials.
• Monitor KPIs and performance.
• Ensure procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain supplies and equipment.
• Adhere to shipping requirements.
• Manage timekeeping and metrics in systems.
• End-of-shift closeout procedures.
• Support process improvements.
