Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider in supply chain management and e-commerce. The Operations Supervisor will manage labor and equipment in a warehouse, plan and monitor receiving, storage, and distribution, and train associates on assigned shifts.

You will drive KPI performance, ensure procedures are followed, and optimize processes while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3-5 years of Supervisory experience or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with SAP or WMS systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train new employees for the department.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff on the floor.
• Receive and transfer materials.
• Manage labor resources and monitor KPIs.
• Document and ensure procedures and quality processes are followed.
• Maintain supplies and equipment levels for the department.
• Ensure compliance with customer requests and shipping requirements.
• Update timekeeping and metrics in WMS reporting.
• Complete end-of-shift procedures and closeout.
• Support new customer integration and migrations.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Understand traffic coordination.
• Drive continuous process improvements and safety compliance.
