Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage the labor and equipment of the assigned warehouse department, ensuring timely and accurate orders. You will plan, organize, and monitor receiving, storage, and distribution of items from suppliers, while prioritizing workloads and training staff.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse, knowledge of SAP or WMS, and strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3–5 years of Supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of picking, packing, and shipping tasks.
• SAP or equivalent WMS systems experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train new department staff.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of employees on the floor.
• Receive and transfer materials.
• Performance management of all employees (KPIs).
• Document and ensure procedures and quality processes are followed.
• Maintain supplies and equipment levels for the department.
• Monitor customer requests and vendor shipping requirements.
• Update timekeeping and KPIs in systems (WMS).
• Ensure end-of-shift procedures and floor closeout are completed.
• Support new customer integration and migration testing.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Adhere to safety and 5S guidelines.
• Support process improvements.
