Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Minnesota to direct daily warehouse operations at the Apple Valley store.

You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators, while supporting the Receiving Supervisor with freight scheduling to meet inventory needs. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, maintaining safety standards, training, and ensuring accurate documentation from Receiving to Inventory Control.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous supervisory experience required (preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment).
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Maintain warehouse safety programs and coordinate with maintenance for equipment repairs.
• Ensure accurate Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and staging of products.
• Oversee training and adherence to standard operating procedures and conduct disciplinary processes as needed.
