Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily store warehouse operations, schedule personnel, and ensure safe, efficient receiving and shipping.

The role oversees warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, coordinates with the Receiving Supervisor on freight, maintains inventory accuracy and safety compliance, and drives productivity and cost-efficiency across the store’s logistics functions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the warehouse including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Maintain safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance and a safe, clean workplace.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient warehouse operations.
• Monitor paperwork flow from Receiving to Inventory Control for timely data entry.
