Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations at our Warrensville Heights location.

You will oversee warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators, coordinating with Receiving to keep shipments and inventory moving efficiently. The role emphasizes safety, training, and process discipline, ensuring accurate paperwork and timely data entry across Receiving and Inventory Control.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in warehouse/distribution environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to lead a team.
• Strong math skills and ability to perform basic calculations.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day warehouse operations to ship and receive products efficiently.
• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing and productivity.
• Ensure safety programs and compliance with OSHA regulations; enforce SOPs.
• Train associates and manage progressive disciplinary actions as needed.
• Coordinate with Receiving, Inventory Control, and other departments to optimize workflows.
• Prepare activity reports for management and ensure accurate paper flow across Receiving and Inventory Control.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and ensure safe, efficient operation of warehouse functions.
• Support Store Operations during peak periods and participate in process improvements.
