Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations for our California locations.

You will supervise warehouse staff, schedule workloads, and ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory control while maintaining a safe work environment. The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong communication, and solid computer and math skills to manage data and apply process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution center environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a team setting.
• Strong mathematical and computer skills for inventory and reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing and productivity.
• Maintain warehouse safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Resolve discrepancies in shipping documents, invoices, and reports.
