Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Management, Operations or related discipline with a minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Work experience in leadership or problem-solving roles; internships or volunteer leadership considered in lieu of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training in every area of the distribution center including Operations, Management, and Purchasing.
• Shadow contractors, service/maintenance, and store customers to learn the pools, irrigation, and landscaping business.
• Participate in classroom training at the EDGEucation Center in Plano, Texas.
• Deliver a comprehensive presentation to senior management on program completion.
