Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training across Operations, Management, and Purchasing within the distribution center.
• Observe and learn methods, procedures, and performance standards from experienced staff.
• Participate in classroom training on leadership, financials, and operating systems.
• Present a comprehensive outcome to senior management at program end.
