Job summary

POOLCORP is launching an entry-level Management in Training - Operations (MIT) program based in our distribution warehouse. It provides six months of guided training to prepare for Operations Supervisor/Manager roles nationwide after completion.

Training is on-site with relocation support, including classroom and hands-on sessions in operations, purchasing and leadership. A related degree and leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Management, Operations or related field with a minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Leadership or problem-solving experience in work, internships, clubs or military leadership.
• Willingness to relocate during/after program (company expense) and travel 25%.
• Ability to operate in a distribution warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training across Operations, Management and Purchasing.
• Shadow operations staff to learn methods, procedures and performance standards.
• Participate in classroom training at the EDGEucation Center in Plano, TX.
• Present a comprehensive final project to senior leadership.
